1. Drawing & confirmation
3D drawing of your trailer with the exact layout, equipment positions and colour.
2. Chassis & frame
Hot-dip galvanized chassis, welded frame, axles and brake system installed.
3. Body & insulation
Stainless steel or sandwich panel body with 5cm insulation cotton in the middle layer.
4. Kitchen & electrics
Sinks, water tanks, hoods, fryers, refrigeration and wiring to your country standard.
5. Testing
Anti-water test, electrical circuit test and road examination before packing.
6. Packing & shipping
Film wrapping and frame protection, loading in container or RORO, full export documents.
Quality control
Every unit passes a water-tightness test, an electrical circuit test and a road examination. Special tests can be arranged at your request, and we can video the whole inspection for you.

- Yes, we have a VIN number for every trailer we build. Registration is no problem.
- Can the size, appearance and color be customized?
- Yes, all can be customized according to your requirements.
- What kinds of kitchen equipment are available?
- Many kinds, such as fryers, ovens, refrigerators etc. Please contact us to get the kitchen equipment catalogue.
- Does your electricity wire meet our country's standards?
- Yes, we choose wires regarding your country standards.
- What certifications do your food trailers pass?
- CE, ISO, VIN and COC.
- Have you tested each trailer before shipping?
- Yes, we do anti-water, electricity circuit and road examination. You can have us do special tests too.
- What about your thermal insulation?
- The thickness of insulation is 5cm. It keeps the interior cold and warm, and it is anti-fire as well.
